Content that have been made available in this website -http://www.cabukizle.cc/, or Çabukİzle affiliated entities ("WEBSITE")- that is operating legally under Turkish Law No. 5651 ("LAW") as a hosting provider platform ("PLATFORM"), shares the said content via publicly available third party sources that are not affiliated with the WEBSITE. The PLATFORM does not host and/or publish any content that is not already publicly available. According to the LAW, the WEBSITE is responsible for any takedown requests when deemed necessary by a third party rightful owner, or a representative ("OWNER") of the aforementioned content. The PLATFORM is responsible, and will take necessary measures to ensure whether or not the OWNER is a rightful claimant to the content, and whether or not the OWNER's claims require a takedown. If claimant is deemed valid OWNER of the rights, WEBSITE administrators will remove the content that is shared within the PLATFORM. Requests will be processed within 3 business days. When it is not possible to do so, WEBSITE administrators are responsible to provide a valid reasoning, and a sensible future date to process the content inquiry. Article 5 of Law No. 5651: (1) Hosting provider is not obligated to check the content it provides or to investigate whether it is an illegal activity. (2) Hosting provider is obliged to remove the content that is against to law if it is notified according to Articles 8 and 9 of this Law.
